Subscribing to our newsletter and creating an account are two separate things. When you subscribe to our newsletter, you do not automatically create an account with Illumina. If you wish to create an account, please click here.
Likewise, creating an account does not require you to be subscribed to our newsletter. However, if you would like to opt-in, please sign up here.
Illumina does not store payment information. All payment information is stored securely with our PayFast compliant payment provider.
Please click on 'My Account', which is located on the top right hand side of the website. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find the 'Create A New Account' button on the left hand side. Click on 'Create a New Account' and fill in your details as requested before clicking on 'Submit'. Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation email to the address you registered with.
Please click on the 'My Account' tab on the top righthand side of the page. You will then be prompted to enter your account details. Scroll down to find your account information; click on 'Edit' to update your details and 'Save' once you are finished to save these changes.
